Job Summary Portadown Integrated Nursery & Primary School wishes to appoint a General Assistant 2 to provide assistance to teachers/classroom assistants in/outside school with care of pupils, including support for pupils’ medical needs as part of the school’s whole-school approach. Training will be provided to the successful candidate to support the school’s arrangements for pupils with Type 1 Diabetes, in line with the agreed care plan and school procedures. Safeguarding This post involves regulated work with children. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks including references and AccessNI/vetting as applicable.
